Nathan A. Boyd
Mr. Boyd is currently
the president of Forecasting Partners Company in Dallas, Texas, USA, and
has served in that capacity for the past seven years. His company
provides clients with out-sourced statistical forecasting and inventory
planning solutions for finished manufactured products, sub-assemblies
for other products, and for raw materials. His company’s clients include
General Electric Transportation Systems, Caterpillar Precision Seals and
Rheem Manufacturing to name a few. Previously, Mr. Boyd served as in a
variety of positions with Brake Axle and Tandem Company for nearly
twenty years, culminating his career there as Executive Vice President
and General Manager. Mr. Boyd is a graduate of Southern Methodist
University with a degree in Management Systems. He is a member of the
American Production Inventory Control Society. He is married and has two
children.
David H. Carl
Mr. Carl is Chief
Executive Officer of Continental Lighting Services, Inc., a firm that
specializes in energy efficient lighting services to commercial and
industrial buildings. Mr. Carl has a degree in Business Management from
the University of Maryland, as well as a degree in Oceanography from the
U.S. Naval Academy. After serving in the U.S. Marine Crops, Mr. Carl has
spent his career cultivating a wealth of experience in the area of small
business development. After serving as general manager for several
retail bookstores in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Carl formed a financial
partnership, Christian Family Resources, which began a consolidation of
small retail bookstores, for which he served as the managing partner.
Mr. Carl has served as the operational partner for a real estate
investment, Fidelity Group, a firm that purchased, renovated and re-sold
low-income single-family residences. Subsequently, Mr. Carl started a
residential mortgage brokerage company, Community Home Mortgage, with
locations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. As co-founder and a former CEO,
Mr. Carl currently serves as a Director of Eyesite.com, Inc., a company
that develops and operates eye care centers that perform refractive
surgical procedures. This company is a subsidiary of Rhino Enterprises
Group, Inc., a public company traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. Over the
years, Mr. Carl has served and/or currently serves as an officer and/or
director of a number of development stage companies, some of which have
sought listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Carl has also been very
active in serving this community through various non-profit
organizations. Currently, he is serving as the President of the Board of
Directors of a local charity that provides free dental care to needy
school children.
